Sharon Brown

Sharon Brown joined the Board as a non-executive Director in July 2025.

Sharon is a non-executive director and chair of the audit committees of The Baillie Gifford Japan Trust PLC, European Opportunities Trust PLC and Celtic PLC. Between 1998 and 2013 she was finance director of Dobbies Garden Centres PLC and previously served as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of Fidelity Special Values PLC, CT UK Capital & Income Investment Trust PLC, McColl’s Retail Group PLC and a number of private companies in the retail sector. Ms Brown is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Nothing shall prevent us from bringing proceedings to protect our intellectual property rights before any competent court.
